We’ve officially kicked off construction on our Bettws Social Club Development to provide much-needed, affordable housing in the area!
A partnership for progress
We’re proud to be teaming up with Castell Group to build 20 energy-efficient (EPC A-rated!) one-bedroom apartments.
We’re using cutting-edge construction methods, including pre-assembled, pre-insulated timber panels built off the site for maximum quality. This means less disruption and a faster build time.
All homes will be available at social rent, going to those who are most in need of a place to live. Plus, residents will have all they need on their doorstep, enjoying easy access to shops, schools and public transport.
Marking the milestone
Last week, colleagues, including CEO Jo Oak, and community members braved the winter weather to watch us ‘break ground’ on the new site.
Staff from Castell Group also attended to celebrate the beginning of the project.
