Gas safety checks must be carried out in all of our homes every year, and until now, they’ve been carried out by Colin Laver.
We’re pleased that this year, we’ll be bringing this service in house. From April 2025, Llanw will directly manage all gas safety checks, installations, servicing, and maintenance.
Our certified Llanw team will ensure every inspection and repair is carried out to the highest standards.

What happens to the current partnership with Colin Laver Group?
The partnership will come to an end on the 1st April. A detailed transition plan is in place to ensure a smooth handover of services to Llanw.
What qualifications do the Llanw team have?
The Llanw team consists of certified gas safety engineers who meet and exceed all legal safety requirements. They will receive additional training to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
Will additional resources be brought in?
Yes, we are expanding our Llanw team to accommodate this change. This includes hiring new engineers.
How will gas safety checks be scheduled?
Our new repairs IT system will make scheduling more efficient. Customers will have access to flexible appointment options, and our team will provide reminders and updates to keep them informed
