This month, 3000 of you will receive our bi-annual STAR survey through your letterbox. In the last STAR survey, you shared dissatisfaction with our repair service, which led to the creation of a company to improve and grow our repairs and maintenance services – Llanw.

This time, we’re asking you our core STAR questions and some additional ones provided by various departments to give us an insight into how you feel about our services.

To thank you for providing feedback, three customers will be selected at random to receive £250, £150, and £100 in shopping vouchers.

Next steps

The data will be ready for submission to the Welsh Government in February and will be used to improve the things that matter to you.
