For the past 20 years, we’ve been dedicated to providing safe, happy homes across Bridgend. We’re deeply rooted in our local community, playing a vital role in its regeneration and the wider prosperity of Bridgend and South Wales.

Today, we manage over 6,000 secure and affordable homes alongside a portfolio of leasehold flats, garages, and commercial properties. Last year, we launched Llanw, our new repairs and maintenance company, and this year, we’re introducing a development and regeneration subsidiary to strengthen and grow our organisation even further.

Our purpose is simple: to create sustainable homes and places where people feel safe and happy while contributing to a brighter future for Bridgend and Wales.

Our Board is central to delivering this purpose, ensuring that we make the right decisions to benefit our customers, communities, and colleagues. Board members hold ultimate responsibility for guiding our organisation, offering support and constructive challenges to our leadership team to help achieve our goals.

We’re looking for passionate, strategic thinkers to join our Board – people who are inspired by our mission and excited about shaping the future of Valleys to Coast as we embark on the next stage of our Strategy. We want individuals who believe in collaboration and share our commitment to putting customers and communities at the heart of everything we do.
