Speeding up our services

Right now, we use a mix of systems and spreadsheets to manage things like repairs, rent collection, tenancy management, and customer communication.

The new system will simplify all of this by putting everything including customer information in one easy-to-use place, meaning faster services.

Five ways the system will help you

  • Quicker responses: with all customer information and notes in one place, our team will be able to access what they need quickly
  • Improved services: managing repairs, rent, and tenancies through one system means fewer delays when handling requests
  • Better communication: the system will help us stay on top of customer interactions, making sure nothing is missed
  • Enhanced security: customer data will be managed more securely, giving you peace of mind that your information is safe
  • Inclusive access: we’re exploring options for a customer portal that supports the Welsh language, ensuring everyone can access the services they need.

We’ve also carefully planned for potential risks and have solutions ready to go, with CIVICA praising us for this approach.
