We are launching Community Pop-Up events starting next week and throughout April. Our aim is to introduce Llanw to our communities, encourage trust, and establish lasting relationships before our official launch on Tuesday, April 2nd.
It’s not just about making our brand recognisable; it’s about ensuring that our customers feel informed and included in our journey towards delivering an outstanding repairs service. These events will also provide us with a valuable opportunity to share employment and training opportunities and gather feedback from our customers on what constitutes a great service.
Engaging with Our Community
At each event, where our colleagues will proudly sport our brand-new workwear, we’ll be actively engaging with our customers, asking questions such as “Do you know who Llanw are?” and “What aspects of Llanw are you curious about?” to gauge our brand awareness and tailor our services accordingly.
Plus, we have an array of goodies to give away, including energy-efficient light bulbs, shower timers, and even a £10 shopping voucher for the first 10 customers who come along.
Where You Can Find Us:
We’ll be setting up at various locations across the county throughout March, including Maesteg, Ynysawdre, and Porthcawl. Keep an eye out for our eye-catching feather banners and pop-ups. Additionally, be sure to join us at our Spring fun engagement events during the Easter holidays for more Llanw excitement.
