Middleton Roofing, one of our trusted contractors, has recently completed the replacement of roofs on 121 of our properties, ensuring the safety and comfort of our customers. But their contributions to the community doesn’t end there.
In addition to their roofing work, Middleton Roofing has also made a generous donation to the Valley Ravens Rugby Football Club in Ogmore Vale. This grassroots club provides sports facilities for approximately 170 young people, twice a week, ranging in ages from 3-16.
The donation made by Middleton Roofing will be used to support the club’s hot beverage cabin, where hot and cold refreshments are sold on match days to raise funds for the club. This is their primary fundraiser to cover expenses for training venue hire, equipment, and coach qualifications.
Kathryn Mainwaring, Secretary of the Valley Ravens RFC, expressed her gratitude for the funding, stating that it will help to increase their match day cabin revenue, providing opportunities for all Ravens to develop their skills and abilities.
Rachel Lovell, Communities and Commercial Business Partner at Valleys to Coast, highlighted the importance of being actively involved in sporting activities and supporting local communities. She expressed delight in facilitating this support with Middleton Roofing, who share similar values in supporting safe and happy communities.
